As part of our SiteWorks maintenance service, we were able to rapidly identify typical users, and integrate the proposed new feature into existing, well-documented workflows.         We edited the easily scalable administrative tool we'd previously designed for Cooper to allow content owners to dynamically add promotions to the website. Content owners are now able to add announcements to the site with start date, end date and other details including promo images and location of promotional images on site, and the promotions are perfectly integrated into existing site workflow today, the average time for adding a promotion is 3 hours, down from 3 to 7 days.   A simple interface empowers content owners to generate and present promotions to their customers without being dependant on the IT department, helping them do what they do best.
