The Delivery phase begins with the declaration of the Site Freeze. A final set of QA tests are conducted to ensure that all required fixes have been correctly completed, and that no new issues have appeared because of the latest changes.

Final Regression Testing

Final sets of QA tests are conducted on the completed site to identify and document any remaining bugs. Onlinefocus and The client will conduct QA testing simultaneously.
Bugs uncovered by either Onlinefocus or The client will be corrected before submitting the site for Final Regression Testing.
The interactive product is typically transferred from Onlinefocus to the client via FTP; alternatively, it is "zipped" into a single file and delivered via email.
Onlinefocus delivers a complete set of documentation to the client, including any Style Guides that may have been specified as part of the project scope, as well as specifications for any remaining server-side development.
The client and Onlinefocus will conduct a final walkthrough of the website or application on the client's server to ensure that everything works as planned. Onlinefocus promptly corrects any unforeseen problems, and re-tests and re-delivers any affected web pages.
When our client agrees that the website project requirements have been satisfied, both parties sign-off on a delivery document. This delivery sign-off transfers authority for the website to the client and marks the final milestone and the end of this project phase.
For a period of 30 calendar days after final review and sign-off, Onlinefocus will fix any website bugs free of charge. Ongoing maintenance of the website after this 30 calendar day period is the client's responsibility unless we enter into a separate maintenance contract.
