The maturing of the "boomers" and continued legislative efforts to de-regulate established practices has resulted in a very dynamic and competitive operating environment. A leading component of this new environment has been the emerging "eChannels", and the application of technology-based initiates, such as straight through processing, account aggregation, e-transfers, and increasingly personalized products and services. From our inception Onlinefocus has partnered with a variety of Financial Service clients, from old line Wall Street firms such as Morgan-Stanley to governmental institutions like Fanny Mae, to rapidly growing specialists like CNA Insurance
Some of our Financial Services Projects
We helped Morgan Stanley move their business online, first by rebranding the existing Discover Brokerage, giving them an instant online presence. Further initiatives include the phased integration of Dean Witter, rebranding, and in-depth usability testing and redesign of the trading process.
We designed the CNA corporate web site as a branding benchmark and developed a series of standardized templates and imagery for the independent agents to use in the production and/or conversion of their sites. We also authored an extensive online Style Guide that established controls and guidelines for all aspects of site design, including everything from coding to image optimization.
